WebI’m likely suffering from a herniated disc in lower back/lumbar. I have sciatic nerve pain in the right side of my lower back and leg/calf. Not feeling any issues in my thighs. Sometime in late January I think I deadlifted with poor form. Been suffering ever since. The period of the worst pain imaginable for me has passed I think.
