I have 6 rgb fans in the case (3x140) 3x120) The 3 140mm are for my rad and are plugged into my cpu header, these work fine. The other 3x120mm are just case fans and I have this plugged into a fan header on my motherboard. Either way you'll need to get in touch with PCS for a replacement of one or the other (obviously the fan is much simpler to replace and you shouldn't need to return the PC for that necessarily).
