It didn't help that I had just taken a 2 week medicine break, and I'm a pretty small guy (not height wise, I'm 6'1", but I weigh about 115lbs), so the 70mg was too much. I could hear my heart pounding in my ears throughout the whole day, I was shakey, didn't eat hardly anything.
