If you have the K&N drop in filter you will not see any performance gains from the popcharger. The only thing you will get is that "sick" intake sound. If that sound is worth $100 then go ahead and get it. But for your 03 it could work. Ideally that LMS intake tube with the Jim Wolf pop charger is the best option for your 03 FX45 (IMO).
