If I then unplug the headphones and plug them back in again the system does not recognise them (stating that the headphones are unplugged). The sound comes through the laptop speakers. Solution: uninstall WIDCOMM Bluetooth in apps (Settings -> Apps -> WIDCOMM Bluetooth -> Uninstall). Audio is crystal clear as usual now.
