The higher the hz the bigger the drop in fps that it will still tear. Vsync on makes it work all the way up to the monitors gsync max but will have lag above that 120fps mark.

WebGsync avoids screen tear and double frames. It means you don't have to spend a truck load of cash on a gfx card to get the fraps to match the monitor hz. Your games are more visually pleasing.
