WebJan 22, 2024 · This is a simple fix. On my whining in the rear end, mine started from day one at all speeds, but very minor. By the time the car had 2K miles on it it was more in the 60-40 mph range. I never noticed it when accelerating, only decelerating. Research showed that it could be a bad bearing in the differential.
