WebI was using the NVidia GeForce Experience performance tuner which is very conservative. It only added 92Mhz which gave me a score of 19752. If I tune the performance using MSI Afterburner, then my score is like yours as it gives a 135Mhz OC and +200 to VRAM. Now during the performance tuning, when it hit 400-watts, the clock speed was at 2075Mhz.
