WebIts probably not, but just incase, check and make sure the pedal isn't getting stuck on the carpet or floor mat. The gas pedal on my parent's old charger would occasionally get stuck (terrifying when it happened) and it took a while to figure out it was just getting caught under a flap of the car mat, which was pushed too far back. level 1
