This is the decision on the appeal by Keith Fiander and Samantha Brower (the “ Appellants ”) against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (the “ FTT ”) reported at [2024] UKFTT 190 (TC) (the “Decision” ). The FTT decided that a property acquired by the Appellants did no t qualify for “ multiple dwellings relief ” for the purposes of WebBrower.
