WebNov 16, 2015 · For items that aren't trivial to HQ (e.g. Thavnairian gear with no HQ mats and no food) I try anyway, since it's practice with the rotation if nothing else and it feels good to get HQ on it. But I'm not going to go out of my way to make sure the mats are HQ first or anything like that since it doesn't really make a difference.
