Webhrm, i think this should be possible, by sharing extensions-related folders between profiles. I think they are: Extension State . Extensions . Managed Extension Settings . There's also a folder called "Sync Extension Settings", but i suspect that's related to syncing the SAME profile between devices, so that would not be useful for this.
