Even a ruined gas tank will work, but it will burn through a full jerrycan of fuel in about 5 minutes. IIRC, it will only leak fuel when the engine is on, at least.

WebMake sure the radiator isn’t damaged. If so replace it and fill the new one with water. And keep the fluids topped off. It's a very small window to find but use a water bottle or canteen to fill the radiator. My best luck is standing on the passenger side and zooming in on the radiator cap.
