If the scroll wheel is realy loose you can attempt to repair it or you could send it back to get a new one. I have experienced multiple hardware issues with this mouse but I have been able to repair most of them. WebPossibly when the native lubricant wears out the metal moves unpredictably, resulting in weird wheel motion. Anyways it's an easy fix, take off the teflon pads, 4 screws, remove cover, vaseline the green wheel with a toothpick and spin to coat well, reassemble. Appreciate the idea! 2.
