WebFirefox keeps no user-specific settings outside of user's home. My bet is incorrect access rights or data corruption in settings or cache (~/.cache/mozilla/) folders - I see you did some checking on settings but don't mention cache at all. WebI'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with Firefox 96 failing to restart after I close the program. I've uninstalled both Firefox and Mozilla Maintenance Service as well as any remaining folders in Program Files, Program Files(x86), and AppData sub folders. When I reinstall I get a message saying that it looks like I've installed Firefox before.
