The UPK program was created through a year-long community planning process that involved over 100 stakeholders from school districts, business, child care, philanthropy, state and local government. WebDue to its high level of quality, Boston Public Schools (BPS) has elected to fund four Ellis preschool classrooms in connection with the BPS Universal Pre-K (UPK).
